1. RGM problem. Since the server merge, SV members quickly depleted, this is due to the other guilds' better salary offers, and decreasing loyalty of players in ragnarok. ***possible solution*** RGM in the recruitment area of prontera using existing "loyal" members pre-siege. 2-4 members should suffice. Also, we have a problem regarding member loyalty. we can PM in-game the members that are registered in the "introduce yourself section". We can do that or we can increase member salary to increase satisfaction, therefore their loyalty level. I think the former is the logical solution.
topic 2. a. supply issue Late = no supplies I like the idea but when a member is late for a valid reason and he/she did not receive supplies, then discontention may occur. e.g. i took a bath 30 minutes before siege but unexpectedly went for a poo poo. i was late and was not able to get supplies.. i got mad.. a little. (discontent, loyalty -10 points) I move that the late = no supplies rule be removed. Can you please add cold proof potion as supply? 10 pc each member? After a few months, i still notice that SV members die frequently still from storm gust.

2.b. storgust issue (see 2.a.)
c. e-call issue I don't have criticizms about ecall technique of GM netgazer, i just request for the ecall to be made in : a. the protal near the emp room b. inside the emp room (strategically) c. guildchat that you are going to use ecall and tell us to get ready, and any other battle concearns
d. defense tactics flaws 1. SV melt inside storm gust (see 2.a.) 2. defense are spead too thinly (i suggest stick together) 3. defense are easily confused 4. they know that the enemy is using GR, why not use cursed water or elemental converters? hm... (are they saving their supplies?.. hmmm suspicious...) 5. attacking is also spead too thinly, i suggest using ecall on all attacks, not using warp portal. ***note: all comments are just comments/suggestions, please feel free to reply to them and leave your comments***

for me mlakas n yung offence ntin.... mg pokus po tau s defence.... mganda kung hwak n ntin EMP pwesto n ang lahat s kani kanilng pwesto hindi yung lbas ng lbas pa.. kc nangyayari n miminimise yung def natin pglumabas yung iba... kya sana wla pong psaway... pra maayos ang mging takbo ng guild....yun lng po

uhmmm.. sakin lng po pg my nkpasok n po at nsa emp n we should avoid using ecall...for sinx chars less than 1min they can break the emp... tpos pg my pumasok wag n po habol ung mga nsa portal, once n empty n portal no one knows my kasunod ung una pumasok, chance n un pra mkpunta agad s emp....my bantay nman po tyo HW at champ malapit s emp signal nlng po kng ano char nk pasok pra ready n mga nsa emp.. un lng po... godbless.. goodluck stin ^^

dear SV,
regarding the said post i have reached to a conclusion of some kind;
1. some members still doesn't have unfrozen armor 2. people are still leaving the frontline 3. people tend to wander off from their positions 4. people get confused easily
sample for #4; a guild ecalls from behind, people scatter off instead of forming a 'new' line. the enemy party catches the support characters. we get pummeled!

I honestly think na mahina ang def natin:
First of all, wala tayo Roki's well.
Second, not enough precasts. Actually kung walang precast mashado, kahit may roki's well pa, ay wala din use yun kasi makaka pasok naman agad yung kalaban at d na kelangan mag LP.
Suggestion ko is to organize strategic parties. Like Wiz+Devo+Priests party. Melee's magkakasama in one party. Emp breakers in one party. Better yet, orgainze teams into certain roles. May defence team at may offence team. Pag may defined roles na ang mga members, it might help avoid members na gumala-gala kung saan-saan.

Number of wiz naman natin is good enough. May mga nag cacast nga lang ng FB or JT pag may pumapasok na player. Dapat hinahayaan na mga melee pumatay sa mga nakatagos. Kasi pag single target spells ang gagawin, mawawala talaga mga precasts AoE spells.
Numbers alone do not win wars naman. Better organization is the key. I guess my mainpoint is to organize the parties na def and off para maiwasan mga palaboy laboy at mabantayan ng party leaders.
Currently, parties are organized for WoE payment. And anyone can join to any party and guild members just kill opponents which they see. With this setup, talagang matetempt mga tao to roam around. The party leader should be responsible for the party and take command of the group. Siya dapat madirect na magcast lang, naikill yung specific opponent pag may nakita or pagsabihan yung mga players na bumalik sa emp room etc. Kung magulo yung player at makulit, we can choose not to pay him/her kasi hindi nakikicooperate.
Just my 2 cents.
